What a rainy day – it’s been pouring down all day more or less. I have done laundry, ironing and prepared meals for the family. Other than that – I’ve been sitting in my corner watching tv all day. Lol.
Kind of glad that I didn’t get tickets to watch the track & field gala live at Stockholm Stadium tonight.. Much nicer to watch it on tv as the rain is pouring down outside the window.
Roast beef with tomato sauce, rise, beens and lettuce for dinner. Turned out pretty good.
Rhubarb
Sunny day after a rainy evening yesterday. After lunch me and F walked over to my parents to see to their house. We picked some rhubarbs from their garden and when we arrived back home I baked muffins – half of them filled with rhubarbs. Mmmm. My boys prefers their muffins without rhubarbs so plain for them.
Now we are going to bbq some pork filet and I’m making gratin and veggies. Tomorrow the weather forecast has promised rain all day. Well needed for the garden so I guess that is good.
