A very long and very busy day. Longing for my hammock and lazy days in our paradise! Ready for vacation now.
Made a left-over dinner tonight with several dishes from the fridge. Fried up some rice, beans, pork and tomato sauce for me and hubby and it turned out quite nice.
Tucked in my corner now and waiting for “Allsången” to start. I’m sure my family on Öland have set up the “tisdagsmys” and a nice glass of fizz. I have to work tomorrow so no fizz for me tonight though. The tea is almost ready and there are still some muffins left so that will be our “tisdagsmys”. Not bad.
