Our ice hockey team Tre Kronor arrived to Sweden today – welcomed back as national heroes – and of course I had to be there! I have watched all the games they have played and I have loved every minute (well.. almost). The final towards Canada last night was a thrilling experience and amazing to watch. And we won. For the 10th time in the history of this competition. Our Prime Minister held a speech. The local government commissioner too. Some famous artists performed (Patrik Isakson, Samir & Victor etc) and suddenly there they were – our pride and joy – to greet the fans and accept our hooray and applauds. I’m glad I went. It was a special moment.
