Friday again and a short day due to the All Saints Day weekend. Not many people at the office – just me and couple of others. But, I had plenty to do with help needed from people working from home. Most of my big send outs I was going to do today were postponed until Monday though so I could leave in time.
Picked up some grilled chicken on my way home and made an old favorite – Flying Jakob. A dish with chicken, bacon, bananas, peanuts, chili sauce and whipped cream. Served with rice. Love it.
Tonight “På Spåret” is starting again and I will be participating via the Duo-app. Anyway else who is going to play?
