After quite a busy Saturday we could enjoy a lazy Sunday. Just 
one machine with laundry and some baking today. I made a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and fresh raspberries – it turned out really yummy! Served with a good vanilla ice-cream and some whipped cream. We had guests over for coffee – my youngest celebrated his birthday with his grandparents and great aunt who weren’t able to attend his celebrations on his birthday. So we had an excellent reason to have some more cake!
Next week my kids are off from school since it is winter break here in Sweden. I will work all week though but we have a couple of fun things planned.
