New week – new challenges. When I was waiting for
the subway going home from work the tunnel was lit up and you could see the tracks. It looked quite fascinating so I took a picture since it not something you see every day.
Been a busy bee for a while baking bread, doing laundry, washing dishes, buying groceries and cleaning the shower cabinet (something I hate doing and should do more often.. ). Now some corner time before it is time to get starting on dinner. Teriyaki pork and teriyaki salmon served with rise. Yum.
