Friday.. a fun week has come to an end. Tim
e to get busy and do something that needed doing a long time ago – defrosting my freezer. Not my most favorite thing to do – but it was filled with ice so in order to be able to fill it with apples and berries I needed to get it sorted. Frozen apples don’t survive being defrosted and then put back into the freezer again. Sigh. But, now I’m done and I have allowed myself to start the “fredagsmys” with a glass of white wine.
Next week might not be as fun as this one.. the insurance company is coming over to inspect the damages.. one of our bathrooms was flooded when we came back from our paradise.. Fingers crossed it isn’t the worst case scenario we are facing.
