Finally we’re home and I am able to watch the first game in this years edition of the World Junior Championship. The tournament is in Canada so unfortunately some of the games are played in the middle of the night, Swedish time.
So far we have played two games – both games won first towards Slovakia and then Kazakhstan. Tonight we are facing Switzerland and so far we are in a comfortable lead 5-1 in the second period. We are facing Czechia in the last game in the group play on New Years eve. Then the real struggle begins with the quarter final.
I have not done much use today – just relaxing and getting food on the table for the troops. Spent the day in my corner and watched the rest of the “Kejsarinnan”-series (The Empress) on Netflix. Season two. Loved it!
