Friday and time to say goodbye to a fam
ily member on my husbands side. Brännkyrka kyrka – one of the oldest churches in Stockholm built in the 12th century – was a very nice and suitable place for this occasion. With only the closest family present and a few friends it was quite a small ceremony. The song “Time to say goodbye” was very well played on the organ as we walked around the coffin to say our goodbyes. It was nice to be able to be part of today and pay our respect.
Now time for something completely different – to enjoy the finale of the Swedish Idol. I am not sure yet who I want to see win – they are all good in different ways. May the best man or woman win!
