I decided to try something new – the big thing right now is to do mindfulness coloring. So, I picked up a book with pictures that I liked and some marker pens and we’ll see how it goes. The book is called “The Secret Garden” and it is filled with leaves and flowers and such.

Ran into an obstacle right away.. lit some candles, tucked myself in my corner, started a dvd (Everest) .. took out my new markers and my book and realized I need more light.. lol. I will wait with my coloring until the morning when the sun is up.

Thursday already. This week has gone by pretty quickly. The evening yesterday in the Globen Arena was really special of course with all the new world records. Today I had lunch with my best friend who usually comes along to the track&field gala but she had double booked herself yesterday. But, we managed to see each other today instead!

Longing for this view. To be tucked in my corner in our paradise and gather some new energy. 35 days left. But who’s counting?

First the boys have another holiday that is coming up in a week. A lot of school work to be done too – fingers crossed they will be able to complete everything that they need to finish.

It was really cold again this morning and the bus stop was covered with frost. Quite beautiful. -9C / 15F.  No sign of spring yet. But, it was a sunny day with clear blue sky. Wish I would have been able to enjoy it outdoor but Tuesday is my long day at the office. Let’s hope it is another nice day tomorrow when I get off early – maybe I can enjoy a walk back from the subway. That would be nice.

New week – new challenges. When I was waiting for the subway going home from work the tunnel was lit up and you could see the tracks. It looked quite fascinating so I took a picture since it  not something you see every day.

Been a busy bee for a while baking bread, doing laundry, washing dishes, buying groceries and cleaning the shower cabinet (something I hate doing and should do more often.. ). Now some corner time before it is time to get starting on dinner. Teriyaki pork and teriyaki salmon served with rise. Yum.

Three red lovely roses for me on Valentine’s day and a box of candy hearts for them! I know – same procedure as last year – same procedure as every year .. lol. But it is a nice tradition and I love my roses and wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

A lazy day today – it got quite late last night and I feel very tired today. Oh well. But we had a great evening and enjoyed a fun board game after the song contest was finished.

Tonight it is the finale in the “På spåret” show I like to follow. Last years winner have reached the finale again! I don’t think that has ever happened before. And they came in second place the year before that. The first season was sent back in 1987 so it’s been on for quite a few years now.

Today it is my mother-in-laws birthday and we were invited over for dinner and cake after school / work. We gave her a bouquet of tulips and a nice leather belt.

She treated us a very nice dinner two-course-dinner and then afterwards coffee and some princess-cake. Yum. This cake in my photo was from a different occasion though.

Enjoying our new bread machine – my youngest is cooking by himself surprising us with a new kind of bread every day. This is not going to be working in my favor.. the scale is already laughing at me..

It’s such a boring day today – it’s raining, cold and grey. No sunshine – no nothing. I hate days like this.

Half way through the week – another couple of days to go then we have another weekend again. Yeah.
