The first Sunday of March it is time for Vasaloppet.
90km cross country skiing between SĂ€len and Mora. The best skiers manage to complete the race in little over 4 hrs. It is a very old tradition and something we are very proud of in my country. It is the longest ski race in the world and about 15000 skiers participate. This was the 90th time it was held.
We celebrated my dads birthday today with a nice lunch with coffee and cake for after’s at my parents.
It was just a perfect couple of hours and lovely to spend time together and make some plans for the summer.
Now I really would like to get rid of my cough and I can’t really understand why I had to get a cold too this weekend.. đ
