This morning we managed to take our dip in the ocean just in time before it started to rain. After breakfast we went for a drive to look in some antique shops and other shops. Me and my sis bought new solar cell lamps to hang outside our doors here in paradise.
My turn to cook tonight and I made oven baked veggies of different sorts – potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, red onions, carrots, corn on the cob, parsnip and beetroots. Seasoned with fresh thyme and rape oil. Served with bbq chicken my hubby helped me cook. Mm.
Tonight my dad arrived with the bus from Stockholm. Nice to see him again and great that we have some more time together this summer here in our paradise.
