Friday again. This week went by so quickly. This morning it was below zero C and the garden was covered in frost. Beautiful. But a bit sad too – not sure I’m ready for winter just yet.
Off and on day today with both stressy and slow parts. Had to stay over a bit but not too bad. Got home and made dinner for my boys – just left overs, I’m afraid, but it turned out great. Just made a wok with all the meat and made fresh noodles and my special marinade (equal parts of canola oil, oyster sauce and soya sauce). Now some time in front of the TV with a glass of white.
