Got in
to town a bit early today so I had time to sit down and enjoy a coffee before going to the office. I really appreciate that moment of me-time before I have to be on my toes and assist everyone who needs help.
A friend from out of town was in the city today and we managed to meet up for lunch. A nice break in a busy day.
