A long very busy day today so we decided to go out for a nice lunch to get a break and re-charge. We went over to Vau du Ville – a lovely little place on Norrmalmstorg that we enjoy. The plat-du-jour (lunch of the day) was a Salmon Florentine which is served with spinach and a poached egg. Mmmm.
My youngest is working evenings this month and hubby has evening meetings all week so it was just me and my oldest for dinner. I had left-over pasta from yesterday (mmm) and he had chicken with pasta. Perfect to make good use of the left-overs.
