My body was so sore today after 3,5 hrs on a chair last night in the training. I had a hard time sleeping too for some reason so I guess that didn’t help either.
A very sunny nice day today but still very cold. Yesterday it was -10C in the morning and today it was -7C. No spring in sight.
February has come to an end and March has begun. The sun is up now when I go to work in the morning. Lovely. Slowly getting there!
