A long day at work – arriving in sunlight but leaving after sunset. Got a lot done today too – great with a slow office! We were able to watch the relay today during lunch – so exciting! And our ladies won the gold medal in 4 x 5 km cross country skiing! Yeah! So exciting!

Got home and made myself an omelette and crashed in my corner. Well, after I started the laundry machine. Not going to move until it is finished.

A very sunny morning and almost a spring-feeling to start the day. My oldest was going to school early so we could travel together – nice. I was able to leave the office in time today so I stayed in town and had lunch before I went home. Picked up some groceries on the way and prepared burgers for dinner.

My parents picked me up around 6 PM and we spent the evening watching handball together cheering on our team. They had a great start and was in 6-0 lead after 10 minutes. But, fell apart and lost 25-27 in the end. Bummer. The can’t afford to loose any more games now.

We have started a new puzzle – 1000 pieces instead of 1500 pieces but with the same theme. No guests over for a few weeks now (as far as I’m aware) so we have the perfect time to get our heads into this new challenge. Finished the frame already. Now we just have the last 900 pieces to go.. lol

Long day at work today – we’re only about half of the workforce this week since it’s a school break. But, still quite busy – been doing invoices all day. Managed to get them all done and send them off too. Yeah!

Happy birthday, son! Didn’t get to see him this morning since he is on a school break and didn’t have to get up. A day to himself infront of his computer – perfect if you ask him! Can’t believe it’s his last year as a teenager. My kids are young adults!

Picked up a nice steak that I will prepare for his birthday dinner in a minute. I hope it will turn out great! And maybe we can enjoy some left-overs from the cake later!

Tomorrow my youngest son turns 19 years old but we decided to invite the family over today for coffee and cake to celebrate him. Better to gather the troops on a weekend day than on a workday.

Said and done – they all came over and he had a good celebration and received many nice gifts. Can’t believe he is getting so old. Last year as a teenager. He is a super nice young man and I love him to bits. Next week he is off from school since it is a winter break. We have no plans this year and I think he will just be home taking it easy for the most part. Me and P are working all week and M has classes all week.

I made it thru the week and rewarded myself and my family with a nice Friday dinner consisting of a steak, fries, peas, sugar peas and a mushroom sauce (for me).

After dinner and clearing up we enjoyed the spa for a bit and now it is the finale of “På spåret” – a great show I seldom miss.

A whole weekend filled with fun plans awaits. It will go by too quickly but I hope it will be great!

Already Thursday and I had to get in a big early to work today and open the office. And after a very busy day I was the last one left and had to lock the office too.

Got home and enjoyed some left-overs from my liver-dish from last night while the rest of the family had pancakes prepared by my husband.

Now I’ve crashed in my corner with my laptop and I will go to bed early I think.

A sunny Wednesday and short day at work. I stayed in town and had lunch with a colleague before I went home.

Arrived in-between buses in Fruängen so I bought some groceries while I waited for the next bus. I decided to treat myself (the rest of the family aren’t too happy with this choice) this special dinner tonight. Yes, it is liver, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. And rise. Mm mm. My boys had pork filet.. lol
