Decided to treat myself an extra nice coffee this morning – they have a Peruan latte I wanted to try from Starbucks. It turned out to be very very tasty and I will probably treat myself another one soon. Besides, who can resist a coffee cup with a happy smile on and my name?

My youngest is away on a team gymnastics camp this weekend. I really wish he will have the time of his life and comes back on Sunday with a huge smile on his face. That would make my day, big time!

A very long day today. That is a funny thing to say since all days are the same length. Or maybe that depends on how you define a “day”? Is it the amount of daylight? Then all days are different.

Tucked in my corner watching a recorded episode of Grey’s Anatomy. I really love that show.

Friday tomorrow. Short week since Monday was off. I’m not complaining.

Busy day today. Had a long list of errands and managed to get through them all! Yeah!

Decided to treat my boys a chocolate cake since they are off from school and we have to work. I think they liked it..

I was hoping to watch Hammarby play soccer tonight but we don’t have that channel that shows the game.. 🙁 Maybe I can follow it on line instead.

Back to work again – short week since Monday was off. Missing my chair already – but it was a bit too cold to enjoy this Easter.

Kids still on Easter break and didn’t have to get up this morning. I hope they will have a good week and are able to gather some energy before going back to school next week. It was quite nice weather in Stockholm today and the temperature went up to 14C. Not bad.

Back home in my corner again – the drive back was ok today, not too long like it was going down to paradise. Now we have had some take-out-dinner and the first laundry machine is done!

I always feel a bit sad leaving our paradise – but at Easter it is easier to do so than in the summer since we still have summer to look forward to. Not so long before we return!

Last night we played a game of Kludd – it is quite uncomplicated and fun. Perfect to enjoy if you don’t want to sit for hours and think through some strategic game.

Today we went to church – Föra kyrka – me, my sis, my mom and my uncle. It was a service filled with songs – both from a choir but also hymns. Makes it a bit easier.

Lunch was a treat of leftovers from the smörgåsbord last night – best possible!

The guys have been working on our house all day – building a wall to separate two rooms in our latest extension and also preparing for the electricity to be installed.

Tonight we have enjoyed a great dinner and after that just spent time together, playing games, chatting, watching some tele. A perfect last evening in paradise for us – the rest of the family get to stay for another week or so. I hope they will have lovely weather and lots of sunshine! Easter day – started out with a bit of grey windy weather but then the sun came back and it was quite nice outside.

Every year we make some sort of Easter pottering – this year we made chickens. They turned out pretty cute.

All eleven of us will soon gather around an amazing smörgåsbord and enjoy Easter dinner together. With all the traditional food to choose from. Salmon, pickled herring, meatballs, chipolata sausage and lots and lots of eggs of different kind. Mmmmm.

A gorgeous day. Sunshine and no wind. But chilly! We have had a great day relaxing, grilled some hotdogs outdoors and had lunch in the sun. Lovely!

Then my sister and her family arrived and we had a great evening together – enjoyed a nice dinner AND a fantastic sunset which we, of course, had to take lots of photos of. As usual. I just hope and pray the rest of the weekend will be this nice too! Life can be pretty awesome sometimes.

Short day at work today.. then home and pack the last of our stuff and get ready to take off.. Unfortunately hundreds of thousands (? well.. it felt like it anyway) are doing the same thing so the traffic was terrible.

After about 7,5 hrs we finally arrived to our paradise for a long weekend of relaxation, good company, good food and maybe maybe some sunsets.

Not the greatest day. Feel a bit torned. Hospital visit the first part of the day – then work – then errands. Getting ready for Easter. Organizing and sorting everything. A zillion things to remember and plan. Feel a bit like these two fellows from time to time.

We did win the game last night and we are playing in the quarter finals tonight facing Russia. It would be so great if they won that game, our hockey ladies. Then we will be in the top round fighting for the medals. That would be fun!
