Back home again and after a nice hot bath I am coming back to life again.
Time to prepare some nice dinner and maybe dig in to the amazing leftovers from my birthday-dinner.
Life might be smiling soon.
Long day
It this the light in the end of the tunnel? I sure hope so. Feels like my family has been through enough this winter. Don’t know much more I can take to be honest.
Need to reach that end of this tunnel soon.
Good day? Bad day?
A very emotional Saturday with mixed feelings. I guess it was
both a good day but mostly a bad day. Thank you to my friends and family who made the day somewhat better. And thank you for all the lovely flowers and birthday presents – and for brighten up my evening!

Brewmaster’s
Last night we had a dinner with my work at a brewery in Stockholm called Nya Carnegiebryggeriet.
It was a really nice evening including a seven course brewmaster’s dinner with different kinds of beer to go with every dish. The evening also included a guided tour of the brewery which was very interesting.
Friday finally.. crashed in my corner after a very eventful week. Now time for a weekend filled with fun stuff. Have a great one!
Last goodbye
When you reach a certain age the celebrations of weddings, christenings and confirmands slowly starts to change and also involve funerals. The way of life and not much to do about
it. It gathers the family in a moment of grief – to pay respect to the family and the deceased and maybe get some closure when being able to say that last goodbye.
It was a nice sunny day mixed with rainy moments. And the last offices was very nice filled with music and time to reflect.

Rose
A very grey, cold and rainy ending of a long day. I would love
some warm weather now. With temperatures no where near 0C. That would inspire me to take long walks and get out and about. Soon!
My birthday is coming up tomorrow and a very nice bouquet of flowers was waiting for me when I got home today. Loved the color of the rose!
Now I’m tucked in my corner .. the first episode of Game of Thrones season 5 (recorded from last night) to enjoy.. and a nice cup of tea..
Latte
Sometimes I just need to sit down with a nice latte and find that moment in between everything.
I found that moment today – after work waiting for my next appointment – the sun came out for a while and it was actually quite nice to sit there in the sun and just breathe for a bit.
Life can be pretty good!
Declaration..
.. of income-time. It is so easy nowadays and since I am not a
very big investor I have hardly anything – if any – to declare either other than what the government already know and has printed out in the already stated figures. So, all I have to do is find the documents supporting the figures, make sure they are correct (which they almost always are) and then go on-line and sign it electronically. But still, I dread it out and come up with excuses to do something else. But, today I made myself sit down and do it. And it was done in no-time and now I’m done and have a whole year before it is time to do it again. Feels great!
Grey Saturday
Chatted with my youngest. Made me smile. Seems he is having a good time. Nothing could make me happier.
Since the weather-Gods are on vacation today I might try and gather some energy and make an effort to tidy up, get groceries and maybe even bake something since we are having guests over next weekend. We’ll see how much I will get done..
(As you can see I managed to get some baking done.. besides this very big wheat bread filled with almond icing, cinnamon, caster sugar and butter – I also baked buns with chocolate and plain.. )
