A very rainy and windy Monday to start the week. My afte
rnoon appointment got cancelled so I decided to give myself some me-time-de-lux and booked myself to an aroma massage after work.
It didn’t work miracles for my muscles like my naprapath treatments do, but it worked miracles for my mind and soul. I was able to relax and gather energy and walked out of there a new woman. A luxury well deserved after these last couple of weeks.
