Enjoying a nice day off from work. It’s a school break this week and we decided not to travel anywhere and instead stay home gathering energy and just take the days as they come. I will work two days this week and spend time with my boys the rest.
Today we tried to buy a new trampoline but the store said they will get the new ones in the middle of April. We booked one but we will have to wait like everyone else. So, after Easter maybe. .
I thought I had built my first app for my blog. Without any help!
But, I think in the end all I managed was to turn it into a mobile-friendly page if you use an android. Maybe I shall delete it again. What do you think?
When we tried it on another mobile it didn’t download an icon but it showed the webpage in a mobile friendly way without installing an app, which is much better, really. But you can also bookmark the page if you prefer and have a bookmark on your mobile. Don’t choose the view off-line version – it is quite big.
Don’t click on the link to my site via fb if you are on your mobile phone – instead open the browser (the internet-globe) and type the address yourself!

A lot of things to celebrate today and on top of all our princess Madeleine gave birth to a baby girl. Her husband was on the news sharing their joy.
My biggest joy today had nothing
to do with babies and everything to do with hockey. Can’t wait for Sunday, tucked in my corner cheering on our pride and joy.

This morning we were surprised to find the world dressed in snow again. Really pretty but hey – we want spring now! It’s been quite cold again too so I guess the snow will remain on the ground for a bit.
Sushi for lunch. I always swap the white fish and the shrimp for avocado. Sushi House on Brahegatan usually has really good sushi but I was disappointed today for some reason. Can’t really set the finger on why.
Still coughing pretty bad. I’m getting sick and tired if this now. Hope my new medicine will work.
Two more days then the school closes for a week of winter break. Without snow. I will be home with my kids for a couple of days. Looking forward to that!
I am so sick of this cough – it’s been almost a month now. So today I went to the doctors and they gave me my favorite answer – it’s a virus.. got new cough medicine but no antibiotics. Not much else to do than just try to survive a bit longer. My body feels like it has ran a marathon or something.
A long lazy day in my corner enjoying the Olympics. I have been working on my knitting project which is turning out ok. It is quite fun to knit with more than one colour and make patterns.
Next week is the last week before winter break. I will take a few days off and get two long weekends. Lovely.
Three roses from my three guys on Valentine’s Day. They got a box of candy hearts from me. The roses are stunning and smell so good. And a whole weekend ahead to enjoy them!
A few weeks after a Tupperware party it’s time for Tupperware delivery.. now I have a hallway full of colorful plastic containers of all sorts. Lol. But I don’t mind. Time to hand them out!
My cough is still hanging in there.. three weeks now and I have tried all kinds of cough medicine but nothing seem to work. 🙁
I will see a doctor if it still is bothering me after the weekend.
I have just enjoyed a quiet late lunch with the house to myself for a minute or two. Pyttipanna with a fried egg. Yum.
My youngest is having a great time (I hope) with a winter sportsday up in Romme. He will be snowboarding all day and we dropped him off around 6 this morning and will pick him up again 12-13 hrs later. I hope they will come back exhausted but happy!
Going to bake some more rye bread when I have some new energy. Our new favorite breakfast rolls. Not to mention the freshly baked one with our evening tea..
