Today it is my oldest niece turn to come of age. I hope she has had the best day and felt all the love we have for her. On Saturday it is our turn to greet her – until then I have just sent her greetings on line.
It has been a gorgeous day today and quite warm too. Lovely. Maybe spring is here to stay? The weather prognosis says otherwise, but I refuse to believe it is correct. No more snow, if it would be up to me.

May 1st is a national holiday so we could enjoy a 3-day weekend!
Yeah. And today it was a real spring feeling outside with sunny weather and not so cold. After lunch me and my husband walked over to my parents to help them take down an old oak-tree. After a bit of a struggle we finally managed to tip the tree over. And it fell according to plan too. Amazing. Felt good to spend some time outside working – my body is tired now even though we didn’t do much. I’m terribly out of shape, I know. Need to do something about that.
