The day has come – dopparedan – Christmas Eve – the day we celebrate Christmas here in Sweden. Not on the 25th. Th
e 24th it is.
House is ready for the celebrations. Decorations are in their traditional place. Food prepared. Other goodies to enjoy. Presents under the tree to be opened later. But no snow. And 7C outside. It is actually quite a nice day with an almost blue sky and sunshine. No wind.
This year it will be my family together with my parents and my parents-in-law celebrating Xmas here with us. Every other year my sister and her family are here too.
