A great ending of a long week – family over for my husbands birthday celebration. He picked up a couple of amazing cakes from Chokladfabriken – it is a brownie bottom covered with raspberry mousse and chocolate mousse. Then topped with
shiny dark chocolate and decorated.
I picked up a saffron roll filled with almond icing and raisins. A real treat for sure.
It was a good evening – sorry my mother-in-law couldn’t be here but she is doing really well and I am glad she could come over to celebrate her son last weekend.
