Today it has been both sunny and quite windy outside and the
island has really proven itself worthy of its nickname. It was a bit colder in the ocean this morning – it has been around 19-20C every day since we got here but today it was 18,5C. The waves was all the way up on the pier – it is quick fun to be in the water then! One has to be careful climbing the ladder though.
This afternoon we went over to my dads cousin and his family for coffee and cake. It was really nice to see them again – even though we live close here we never seem to get the time to go over there.
Tonight we managed to win our first medal this Olympics – a silver for Emma Johansson in the 136.9 km long bicycle race. Yeah!
