Shrimp

It was way too long since I had one of these shrimp sandwiches so I decided to do something about that. Tried one on dark bread which was quite nice. The white bread ones sometimes get a bit soggy from the shrimps. I hate that. Soggy bread is just about the worst thing I know. Lol.

Picked up a bunch of groceries on my way home and decided to be a bit extra productive this afternoon so I baked some bread while the laundry machine worked its magic. Then I managed to get dinner on the table right in time for the troops to arrive. Oven baked pork flare flat (fläskytterfilé) with bulgur and roasted vegetables. Turned out pretty good. Served with newly baked sifted rye flour buns. Yum.
