Saturday morning – woke up with a terrible back pain. Tried to un-tie the knot with some slow stretching but after a while I switched it for my acupressure mat instead. That helped some.
Went to the garden center to pick up a few things for the fall decorations. My sis has put a solar cell lamp in a flowerpot outside their front door. I really liked that idea so I bought one of those lamps too. Hopefully our front side of the house has enough sunlight for the lamp to gather energy to shine. We’ll see tonight when we come back home from the dinner we are invited to at my sisters.
