This year, my employer has decided to sponsor a health control when the nurses and doctors come to our office to provide the service. So this morning I first did the blood test, then had a meeting with the nurses to do an EKG and all sorts of measurements and weight (not my favorite .. ). Also an opportunity to take the seasonal flue-shot (which I took weeks ago).
Then next week the result of todays tests will be followed up by a doctors appointment to go thru the results. A great benefit that I really appreciate.
An extra long day today since I was at the office around 7.30 AM already and didn’t leave before 5.15 PM. Got home at the same time as my husband. We have fed the troops and now we have some corner time before it is time to hug our pillows.
