Another dark foggy day. Not very nice. And a long day – not terribly busy and it felt like a never-ending-story. But, it’s Thursday and weekend is getting closer!
Made a left-over-wok for dinner – our usual Thursday meal. Lol. But, it’s tasty and everybody likes it. This time we had some picanha and pork filet as a base. I always make my own marinade with one equal third of canola oil, mushroom soya sauce and oyster sauce. This marinade works with all kinds of protein – even fish – and is delicious. Try it!
