An extremely hectic Thursday prepping for an equally hectic Friday. Glad I managed to get most of the things done before it was time to call it a day. Less things to complete tomorrow.
One of my oldest friends picked me up from work and I showed her around our office before we left to go to a restaurant near by. We shared both the starter and the main course and toasted in a glass of fizz to celebrate finally managing to see each other again. It’s been way too long. The food was great and the size of the portions quite large so even though we shared the food it was plenty enough. We had a great evening and I am so glad for our friendship which started way back in 1977 or there around. Life long!
Now I just got back home in time to write this and then straight to be to prepare myself for a busy Friday. Fingers crossed I can work my half day and don’t have to stay on during the afternoon.
