Back to work again after a lovely time off. A rainy day with increasing rainfall as the day went by.
A former colleague came for lunch today. So nice to see her again! She took a time off a few years back to try employment elsewhere and was happy with her new workplace and stayed on. She is truly missed and was a very well liked colleague. Good for her that things worked out for the better.
Hubby had dinner ready when I came home tonight. Chicken with rice. Mmm. Now we are watching another episode of “McDonald and Dodds” we have recorded. Love British series.
