A couple of fighting cats woke me up around 7 this morning, lol. So I did my Spanish lesson before our morning swim since I was already awake.
I am so very grateful that we have been able to spend a long weekend together – proper quality time! And that the pier was still there and made it possible for us to take a morning dip in the ocean was such a great bonus! Perfect way to start the day!
After breakfast we started our journey back to the real world again (or did we leave the real world down there?) and arrived about 7 hrs later with no problems along the way. My dad and I drove half the way each.
Made dinner to my family and now we have enjoyed some time in the spa. Perfect ending of my long weekend off.
