After an amazing breakfast (really – one of the top 10 hotel breakfasts I have ever had) we had a 4 hrs conference. The sun has been shining all weekend which the prognosis didn’t promise at all so that was great. After a lunch with Danish traditional “smörrebröd” we enjoyed a teambuilding activity with a guided tour via boat which was lovely in the sunny warm weather. The day ended with a tasting menu at PatéPaté which was really delicious. Many steps and a long day later it was nice to hug my pillow again.
