A very busy day filled with things to do. We decided to postpone the grocery shopping until tomorrow.
Instead I did laundry, vacuumed our house, baked a chocolate cake for our afternoon visitor (my second-cousin came over for a “fika” – lovely), primed the boards for the bench-project, made a broccoli-blue cheese pie for dinner. Puh.
It was quite windy tonight but we sat outside and enjoyed the pie and the leftovers from the bolognese we had the other day. Tonight an old friend of the family arrived with the bus for a couple of days here in our paradise. Always nice to see him!
