Liver casserole

When we went grocery shopping they finally had young cattle liver. Haven’t seen it in the store in ages. So tonight I cooked one of my favorite dishes – a casserole with liver, mushrooms, onions and tomato sauce. Seasoned with thyme, white pepper and salt. Served with rise. Yum. My hubby likes it too – my boys ate something else.

Me and my oldest went for a 3k walk this afternoon and met my parents as we walked outside. We chatted for a bit and then we walked separate ways. Nice to see them even just for a little while.
