A beautiful day and perfect to have a first bbq outside! We invited my parents-in-law over for Easter lunch and grilled different kinds of sausages and hotdogs served with hotdog buns and/or home made potato salad and selection of sauces etc. It was a really nice lunch and we could sit outside for a couple of hours and catch up a bit.
Going to make a roast beef steak tonight – it is slow cooking in the oven right now while we are watching a new series – second season of “The Sinner”. A nice Easter day even though it was a bit windy.
