The day before a national holiday is often a half workday for us. Tomorrow it is Ascension day which is a day off for us so today we worked until 1 PM. Days like these our employer treats us to “half-day-sandwiches” – a 20 year old tradition at my work. Lovely!
Got a lot done today and managed to send off a bunch of invoices that has taken forever to complete for various reasons. Great! I was granted Friday off so now a long weekend awaits! Lovely!
Made cod for diner in a chili/lime sauce. Threw in a couple of shrimps too – just for me (hubby doesn’t like them). Now some corner time with a glass of white. Let the long weekend begin!
