May 1st – a national holiday. Lovely. And summer arrived – at least for a day or two. I woke up early and enjoyed a quiet breakfast with a couple of pieces of toast with the Dutch sprinkles on. Mmm. Haven’t had those in ages.
We went to pick up some soil for the lawn, roses and rhododendron bushes. Also found a couple of geraniums and other flowers to decorate the garden. Then we worked hard outside for a couple of hours – still have some work left to do but we’re saving it for tomorrow.
We bbq some meat for tonight and it turned out pretty good. Now some corner time watching a new Netflix movie with Charlize Theron called “Apex”. Pretty scary.
Unfortunately, our ladies lost the second game too in the Europa Cup finale and therefore came in second place. Congratulations to Häcken!
