Today we have had a mixture of sunshine and some rain and thunder. I challenged the weather-Gods and did some laundry which is now drying indoors. Lol.We managed to go for a walk in-between the showers and right before dinner my niece picked up one of her friends who arrived by bus and will stay with us until we go back to the real world again next weekend.
My sis treated us her delicious beef roulades filled with blue cheese and served with oven baked potatoes. Perfect Sunday dinner!
A great Olympic Games for Sweden with a lot of medals – some surprises and some expected. And it’s been great to be able to follow the event during our summer vacation too and seen most of the – to us – interesting events live on tv.
The next Olympic Games will be held next year already since this one was postponed for a year. I believe Beijing will be hosting the winter games and the next summer games in 2024 will be held in Paris. Maybe we can go and see some of it, who knows.
